Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of lifesaving equipment.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, diagnosing emergency repair needs for equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during workshop and offshore activities.
  • Provide suggestions to enhance products and processes.
  • Achieve daily workload targets to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection and testing reports to the administration team.

Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience in mechanical roles.
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of diesel engines.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Current Rope Access qualification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Previous offshore training is preferred, although comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in lifeboat servicing is a plus.
