About the Role: Location: Corby Position: Customer Account Coordinator Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday – Friday | Day Shift (7 AM – 5 PM) Salary: £14.10 per hour What You’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to contact for customer inquiries and concerns Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring smooth issue resolution Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service Maintain accurate records and reports on customer feedback and trends Identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For: Customer service or admin experience (Logistics/Automotive industry preferred!)
