A well-established and customer-focused insurance business is seeking an experienced Insurance Executive to join its growing team in Warrington. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £40,000 and a range of excellent employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service an existing portfolio of personal insurance clients
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Contribute to team performance through proactive call handling
  • Generate future-dated leads to support business growth
  • Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client enquiries
  • Produce and process insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Support additional tasks and administrative duties as required

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in motor and home insurance
  • Strong background in sales and/or client retention
  • Skilled in building immediate rapport and trust with clients
