Clearfield Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a longstanding client who are looking to add a Working Foreman to their Small Works Department on a permanent basis. Our client specialises in high-end, bespoke residential builds, working closely with private clients to deliver projects of exceptional quality and finish. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys being on the tools while managing small teams and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.
The Role:
- Overseeing and working on high-spec residential builds
- Coordinating trades on site and liaising directly with private clients
- Ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Supporting the delivery of bespoke elements of construction
- Reporting progress to senior management and maintaining quality control
Requirements:
- Proven background in residential construction, ideally with experience in high-end or bespoke projects
- Trade background in carpentry or bricklaying is highly desirable
- SMSTS
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong eye for detail and a pride in delivering top-quality work
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
