Met jouw werkvloerervaring krijg je nu de kans om wat je voordien op een (3D) tekening zag concreet uit te werken. Hierbij beheer je een project van A tot Z in regio Limburg, deels vanop kantoor als op een werf.
Wat ga je zoal doen? De scope van een Werkvoorbereider Piping & Mechanical?
- Het organiseren, coördineren en controleren van alle activiteiten die nodig zijn om een project aan de laagste kostprijs, binnen een bepaalde termijn en aan de vereiste specificaties van de klant en de firma (veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu, procedures) te kunnen opleveren.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden on site zo efficiënt mogelijk worden uitgevoerd.
- Je bent hierbij de schakel tussen binnen en buiten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle oplevering van onze projecten aan de klant.
- Via ons managementsysteem voor workflow- en bedrijfsprocessen PRINCE (wordt aangeleerd) beschik je altijd over een real-time overzicht van de projectvoortgang.
- In je dagelijkse werkzaamheden heb je veel contact met je collega's van andere afdelingen, maar ook met klanten en leveranciers.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van complexe en omvangrijke klantaanvragen naar kostprijscalculaties en projectplannen.
Wat neem je mee in ons team?
- Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding richting Pijpfitten-Lassen en/of Mechanica en beschikt over een degelijke ervaring in de industrie.
- Je leest vlotjes ISO's en weet je weg te vinden in een 3D model.
- Opmeten van spoolstukken.
- Je hebt kennis van lasprocessen en het samenstellen van werk- en testpakketten.
- Kennis van MS Office en voornamelijk Excel (wordt eventueel aangeleerd).
- Je bent administratief sterk en combineert organisatorisch talent met technisch inzicht.
- Je werkt gestructureerd en plannen en organiseren zijn jouw tweede natuur.
- Je weet makkelijk te communiceren in verschillende situaties.
