Argo Advisory is an independent M&A-focused advisory boutique helping early- to mid-stage companies achieve exceptional exits and growth financing. Headquartered in London, we operate globally. We are building a firm that will outlast us—a centennial advisory business grounded in results, not bureaucracy.
We are now seeking a Junior Partner with a strong investor network and a track record of securing capital across consumer-facing sectors, F&B, CPG or others. This is not a back-office role. We are looking for a proven player—someone who has done deals, raised capital, and wants to co-build a firm that punches above its weight. You have either directly brought investors to the table or helped close rounds where your network made the difference. Experience in Consumer Goods, Lifestyle, Beauty, or F&B is relevant. This is a flexible, high-upside opportunity. You will be joining as a Junior Partner with a clear path to full equity once you deliver on agreed milestones. Think of it as your platform to operate, grow, and earn based on what you bring to the table.
If you fit the below profile and know the F&B and Agtech industry intimately, please send your motivation letter & CV to email@example.com. You will play a central role in shaping Argo Advisory’s growth and deal flow. This is a true builder position—entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on.
Responsibilities:- Investor Access: Leverage your personal network of private investors, family offices, or institutional partners to bring capital into client deals.
- Client Origination: Identify and engage promising growth-stage companies in consumer-facing verticals.
- Deal Advisory: Lead transactions end-to-end, from positioning and packaging to negotiation and closing.
- Firm Building: Shape our brand, client base, and internal capabilities. This is not plug-and-play—we’re creating something new.
- Reputation Building: Represent Argo Advisory in the market, attend events, and put us on the map in the sectors you own.
- Minimum 5 years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic M&A within the Consumer or F&B sectors.
- Experience in capital raising, not just client-facing advisory. You’ve moved money, not just pitched.
- Strong investor network. Global reach is a plus.
- A former consultant or banker with manager-level experience at a top-tier firm is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial operator mindset. You’re hungry to build something meaningful.
- Path to Full Equity Partner: Hit key KPIs, and you move up—no politics, just merit.
- Flexible Work: Remote-first and outcome-driven. Travel only as needed.
- Profit Sharing: Transparent and directly tied to your results. No ceiling.
