Our client is recognised as a prominent and leading Supply Chain & Logistics company covering the UK national geography. They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to join their fantastic team, partnering with the wider team in supporting their busy Stafford Site.
Warehouse Team Manager (Rotating Shifts) – The Rewards

Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm
- Week 2: Mon – Fri 2pm-10pm
Warehouse Team Manager (Rotating Shifts) – Requirements
- An experienced manager or team leader within a fast paced – warehouse, pick/pack or distribution environment.
- Good English and literacy required
- Excellent communication skills across all stakeholders in the business
- As a team member, you will bring your energy, positivity and enthusiasm to the team.
- As a team leader, you will demonstrate strong leadership, set an example at all times and motivate the team.

- Leading and supporting a team of Warehouse team members to ensure that KPIs are met regarding productivity, time, cost and quality of work ensuring that Health and Safety is always a priority.
- You will ensure the smooth running of the operation driving yourself and your team members to succeed.
- Focus on your own growth and development within the role and the organisation.
- Responsible for ensuring team members receive daily business communications and keeping the team motivated by delivering the company staff engagement plans.
