Here at Horder Healthcare, we are on the lookout for an experienced Scrub Nurse / Practitioner to join our 5-star rated hospital, The McIndoe Centre. Playing a pivotal role in assisting consultant-led surgeries, you will be joining an ever-growing and developing Theatre team, working on varied caseloads within a recognised Centre of Excellence. This is a permanent position, offering flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, alongside a competitive salary and fantastic benefits package.
With a hugely supportive Training and Development team on hand, we also offer opportunities to develop, train, learn, and grow within the Horder Healthcare group.
About you:
- You will be a passionate and empathetic experienced professional, with excellent communication skills to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your colleagues.
- Registered Nurse or equivalent ODP Level 3 qualification.
- UK-based experience within a scrub role and hospital theatre setting is essential.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
