The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are planned into the bulk/retail/oat/drink production plan. Ensure that the logistics of all pickups/deliveries of customer orders are undertaken on time and in full by means of effective communication and planning.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are planned into the production plan to meet customer delivery dates on time and in full.
- Liaise with local and international 3rd Party packers, including logistics, to ensure that drinks packaging is delivered on time and in full.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate stock holding on SAGE 200.
- Communicate effectively with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to maintain suitable stock levels based on sales forecast.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to maintain a sales forecast.
- Manage logistics companies effectively, ensuring all delivery requirements are met for timely and complete customer deliveries.
- Investigate delivery complaints raised by customers.
- Ensure all customs documentation is correct for export deliveries.
- Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience working with Sage 200.
- Ability to analyze data.
- Knowledge of BRC requirements and standards.
- Meet KPIs such as Order in Time in Full (Daily), Warehouse GMP Audit (Weekly), and Orders produced in time and in full against the plan (Daily).
