Responsibilities: We have 3 x L7 Vacancies currently open. Much of the responsibilities and requirements for the roles are similar, with each offering beverages experience and development opportunities. Please find further insight into the individual roles below:

  • Pepsi - Opportunity to be a Brand Manager on PEPSI in GB, making a cultural impact across a range of exciting projects from activations to digital marketing.
  • Away from home - The Brand Manager AFH is responsible for building and executing marketing activations with some of our most exciting Partners within the UK.
  • Rockstar - Fantastic opportunity to work in the fastest growing category within soft drinks (energy), working across our headline partnership with Live Nation, and key cultural workstreams from student ambassadors to influencers.

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand activations, with executional excellence. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Snr Marketing Manager to deliver year-round activation of our key occasions, which ladder back to our brand strategy. Create and execute the plans for our brand in the UK, rooting plans in powerful insight, data driven analysis and a deep understanding of the local consumer, shopper and trade customer. Collaborate with key cross-functional partners: Commercialisation, Consumer Insights, Shopper Marketing and Supply Chain. Work closely with agency teams to develop comms and activations against key brand programmes. Writing inspirational briefs rooted in consumer insight, aligning the team on recommended creative routes and providing concise & constructive feedback, as required. Collaborate strongly with bottler partner, to ensure flawless, timely and commercially strong in market execution. Support on local packaging development process.

Qualifications: Consumer marketing experience using a broad range of marketing mix elements, to deliver proven growth in brand penetration. Strong consumer understanding and brand building skills - understanding consumer insights to help build stronger activations & campaigns. End-to-end consumer campaign experience (ideally including promo activation & NPD launch). Creative – ability to bring a fresh, creative approach to problem solving. A natural intuition for consumer trends & how to translate them into marketing strategies. A real passion for Marketing as well as having a high level of commercial acumen. Good eye for analysis of category data to understand performance and identify robust growth opportunities. Engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships. Leading external agencies to develop and deliver winning marketing plans & content. Strong track record of taking business projects from concept to delivery. Native collaboration skills and proven ability to influence and galvanize cross functional teams. Excellent relationship building, listening and influencing skills. Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity to cope with stakeholder changes, sometimes last minute. Demonstrates a sense of passion, enjoyment and pride about their work. Develops creative solutions and different ways of working that add value. Good presentation and communication skills. A strong drive for results, comfortable with embracing challenges, and working within a fast-paced team.
