Salary: £13.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm, 5 days per week. Includes 2 Saturdays each month, with a weekday off on those weeks. 40 hours a week.

Responsibility of the Customer Service Assistant:

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable mobility equipment.
  • Handle phone inquiries promptly and proactively.
  • Demonstrate equipment, including lifting items into car boots.
  • Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
  • Show patience and understanding when dealing with customers, many of whom are elderly or disabled.
