About the role At Hargreaves Lansdown, Salesforce is at the heart of our digital transformation and operational excellence.
As Senior Salesforce Developer – Technical set release gates and reduce deployment risk.
Drive improvements in delivery processes across Design, Build, Test and Release; identify gaps and implement pragmatic solutions to increase reliability and speed.
Collaborate with internal/external teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship; translate complex topics for non-technical stakeholders.
About you Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
Strong background in enterprise-scale solution design and release management (including Gearset Project Pipelines).
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations and deployment strategies.
Process-driven, organised, pragmatic and calm under pressure, especially around releases.
Excellent communicator, able to influence and lead across teams without direct management responsibility.
Preferred: Salesforce Lightning, App Builder, Data Cloud, Agile delivery, previous technical/delivery lead experience.
