A fulltime teaching role entails: 20 teaching periods/week 3 hours support to students/class cover Time for PPA corrections collaborative work and meetings Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Teach Mathematics in English to Alevel and IB students Organise and collaborate on departmental events e.g. maths competitions Prepare coordinate and plan the curriculum with the team Assess students formatively and summatively Commit to the integration of technology into the curriculum Organise and manage classroom which promotes studentcentred learning Provide meaningful assignments and constructive feedback to students Write schemes of work and Year plan to ensure the curriculum is met and aligned with LILs standards Incorporate the mission and values of the school into the classroom Maintain uptodate records of assessment attendance planning reports and communication with families Participate in parentsteachers meetings and class meetings What we are looking for at LIL We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of a modern bilingual progressive and dynamic school where innovation and care provide the foundation on which we build a path to excellence for every student.
