Business Intelligence Lead - Warrington

As the Lead BI Analyst, you\’ll be responsible for developing and driving our business intelligence roadmap. You\’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into compelling dashboards, reports, and stories that support strategic decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you\’ll guide both the tools and the team that turn raw data into business gold. Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers Design, build, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting systems Define and enforce data governance and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and KPIs Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights Drive the adoption of data tools and self-service analytics across the organization Evaluate and implement BI tools, platforms, and technologies Your Experience 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or a related field Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships Strong business acumen and communication skills Experience in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master\’s a plus) If this role sounds like your next career move please click \”APPLY\” or Email lauren.hamer@oliverjames.com Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
