It\’s a fast-paced environment where you will be part of the team reporting to the Aftersales Manager. You\’ll be putting your technical expertise to great use with work ranging from routine service and maintenance to solving complex technical problems.You\’ll be joining an expanding business that represents Nissan, KIA, Mazda, Honda Passenger Cars, Honda Motorcycles, Hyundai Renault, Dacia and Suzuki across London, The Home Counties, The Thames Valley, The West Midlands and the Greater Manchester area.Unusually for our industry, the structure and workflows across our businesses mean that we can offer this role with NO REQUIRMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING.In addition to this fantastic benefit we are able to offer the following comprehensive benefitsWeekends off to spend time with your family, friends and loved onesAn un-capped bonus scheme with very high earning potentialMinimum of 31 days holiday per year, increasing to 34 days with length of service rewards.State of the art tooling and workshop facilitiesPreferential rates on new and used vehicles, parts purchases and servicing across all our franchises.Cycle to work schemeGroup Contributory pension schemeCareer development opportunities and career progressionIn-house and manufacturer trainingEnhanced maternity leave after a qualifying periodIndependently certified as a Great Place to WorkWith NO REQUIREMENT FOR WEEKEND WORKING, what does a typical weekday look like for one of our workshop technicians?Typically, on any given weekday you\’ll be:Completing scheduled vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelinesUndertaking diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issuesConducting electronic visual health checks (eHVC) on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customersLiaising directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer serviceEnsuring vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with both internal and manufacturer requirementsParticipating in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to dateWhat sort of skills and experience do you need to work in one of our workshops?Ideally, you will be a certified level 3 Technician, with a full UK driving licence, ideally with at least 2 years\’ experience in this or a similar brand, although this isn\\\’t essential.
