We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving successful project outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact between the clients and our internal teams, coordinating efforts to meet client objectives and expectations. This role includes overseeing and onboarding new campaigns, projects, and programs to ensure their effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges, and provide strategic solutions to meet those needs.
- Oversee and onboard new campaigns, projects, and programs, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing clients with regular updates and reports.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
