Business Analyst

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Portishead with agile working. This role offers a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a salary of £45,000 per annum, and requires 37 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis support on our digital transformation programme and continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and recommend business improvements.
• Develop solutions and communicate how information technology can support organisational needs.

About You

• Extensive experience supporting IT business-change projects and continuous improvement.
• Formal BA qualification such as ISEB, BCS, or CBAP.
• Process-driven with a passion for process improvement.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, project management methodologies, and business analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to lead effective workshops to elicit requirements and map out business change journeys.
