Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year\’s PQE to join our Commercial Litigation Team. This full-time, remote role is ideal for someone who is proactive, personable, and passionate about making a difference for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters independently and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with clients, offering clear, practical, and tailored advice.
- Draft high-quality court documents, pleadings, and correspondence with precision.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, case strategy, and resolution.
- Represent clients in negotiations and, where necessary, in court.
- Demonstrate a genuine desire to help people, ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE, preferably with experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases and clients autonomously.
- Friendly and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
