Phone and Computer Repair Technician

The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing phone and computer issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and maintaining desktop computers. The Technician will also be required to provide excellent customer service, maintain records of repairs, and stay updated on the latest technology trends.
