My client are one of Europe's fastest growing D2C food brands. Launched in 2017 by two brothers with just £10 worth of ingredients while at University, they have had an amazing journey so far, growing over 10x in the past year and delivering over 150,000 meals per week. Their mission is to make healthy eating effortless, helping people fuel their best lives without the hassle. They have received several accolades including Times Young Founder of the Year and Forbes 30 under 30, and have built a brand strong enough to attract some of the UK’s biggest YouTubers, England footballers, and top artists - all organically.
The Creative Lead will blend creative direction, design sensibility, and full-stack production. You’ll be the hands-on force behind the brand’s visuals and content—leading shoots, managing talent, and delivering killer assets across every channel. You’ll work closely with their Head of Brand and Growth teams to concept and execute campaigns that move fast, look premium, and deliver results.
Day to Day you will be responsible for:
- Creative Direction: Lead the creative execution across paid ads, organic content, packaging, website, and campaigns.
- End-to-End Production: Plan and produce content shoots (video, stills, UGC, podcast, etc.). Book and manage photographers, videographers, editors, talent, stylists, & studios. Own shoot logistics: briefs, call sheets, budgets, timelines.
- Design Oversight: Own (or contribute to) hands-on design for ads, content, and branded assets.
- Shoot Leadership: Be on set to direct visual execution, ensure consistency, and capture the unexpected magic.
- Creative Resourcing: Build and manage a trusted freelance network across motion, design, edit, and production.
- Performance Collaboration: Work with the Growth team to create, test, and iterate high-performing creative.

- A strong visual eye, with design or art direction skills (Adobe, Figma, Canva).
- Outstanding production skills—can plan and run shoots from A–Z with minimal oversight.
- A bias toward action: scrappy, resourceful, and great under pressure.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and freelance creatives at once.
