As a Senior Product Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering engineering projects and customer-centric features. Your role will focus on crafting the best user experiences and interaction patterns for humans to work with AI. You will be the key person defining and influencing the direction and architecture of the Wordsmith frontend as a whole. What are we looking for and what will you be doing: Efficient Delivery: Execute swiftly and pragmatically while maintaining a keen attention to detail, ensuring that real value is delivered to our users. End-to-End Feature Development: Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation with our product and design teams through to deployment. AI-Native Innovation: Experiment, discover and build novel paradigms of human-AI interaction and user experience for AI-native workflows. Build Solid Foundation: Architect and design our product with a focus on security, scalability, and an excellent developer experience. What are the role requirements? 4+ years hands-on experience building web products with a proven track record of delivering user-centric features that have a significant impact. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of computer science foundations. Strong knowledge of core web technologies like React, Next.js, Tailwind, Typescript. Familiarity with Python and AWS is a plus. Passion for both AI/LLMs and user experience and design. A commitment to collaborative teamwork, continuous growth, and constructive feedback seeking.
