About the Role

As the E-commerce Specialist at Skin Cupid, you\’ll be integral to advancing our e-commerce strategy, spearheading initiatives to fortify our digital footprint and cement our leadership in the skincare market. Drawing on your expertise in e-commerce operations, you\’ll design and execute strategies that fuel growth, improve engagement, and optimise the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on driving sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Website Management and Merchandising: Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring collections, products and pages are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
  • Consumer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in UX/UI design, analysing customer behaviour, and improving site navigation, checkout processes, and overall site functionality.
  • Sales Optimisation: Identify opportunities to increase average order value, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value through upselling, cross-selling, and personalisation strategies.
  • Marketplace Management: Support the listing, updating, and optimising listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Amazon etc.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse website performance, traffic, and sales data using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Compliance: Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with all relevant regulations, including data protection and consumer rights.

We are looking for

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, content management systems (CMS), web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and Digital Marketing Tools. Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of marketplaces such as Amazon, TikTok Shop etc.
  • An excellent problem-solving mindset and able to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism and tact.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
