Millers Vanguard are seeking a highly organised and experienced Clean and Service Manager to oversee the Clean and Service Department and admin team. The successful candidate will be responsible in providing direct support to the department along with organising and recording clean and service meetings; supporting the manager within the team, scheduling meetings and effective communication with company representatives. Responsibilities: Representing the company in a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with company and customer staff. Following company working policies and practices as directed. To comply with company health and safety rules, notifying your line manager of any concerns. To comply with company environmental policies and notify you line manager of any issues or concerns. Carry out reasonable adhoc duties as requested by the clean and service manager. Respond promptly to requests/instructions in a timely manner. Check all paperwork and documentation is completed correctly and promptly, in accordance with company procedures. Ensure all service information is processed correctly, both on company and customer systems. To assist the development and planning of complex schedules for our customer base. Communicate on a regular basis with customer and company representatives. Provide accurate and detailed reports using various software packages required in the running of the clean and service operation. To assist on a daily basis in dealing with queries from the clean and service team members. To assist in organising and recording clean and service meetings. To assist in organising, updating and delivering staff training. Monitor and assess the quality of the individual workload of the admin team members. Our Ideal Candidate: Ability to use a variety of Office software packages. Ability to manage personal and team workload in an efficient, flexible and timely manner.
