A large and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience. The firm boasts an impressive client list, including FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals. The firm has a strong reputation for developing and investing in home-grown talent, with staff retention levels well above the industry average. They believe that retaining talented staff and creating an outstanding workplace benefits their clients.
They are now looking to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years of experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and extensive experience handling a wide range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions, as well as more complex cases such as New Builds, Buy to Let, and Equity Release.
Experience with more complex and specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability and as deemed appropriate by the Supervising Partner.
