We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, creative, solution-focused Management Development Lead to join our team and help us make a valuable contribution to the lives of the people we support. Your role will be enabling managers to develop relationships with staff and colleagues while understanding how to make services commercially viable. As a Management Development Lead, your responsibilities will include providing innovative and cost-effective approaches to management development, including designing and delivering training where appropriate. In addition to succession and talent management processes and supporting the integration of the competency framework, you will oversee the implementation of our performance programme to enable succession and talent management, reflecting our competency framework. The Management Development Lead will be a qualified and experienced management development professional with excellent training and coaching skills, experience with HR systems/LMS. You will have experience undertaking a Training Needs Analysis to create developmental plans and a good understanding of organisational change.
