DHL Global Forwarding is op zoek naar een Facility Officer om het team te versterken! Als je graag met mensen werkt, een sterke facilitaire achtergrond bezit én (bij voorkeur) kennis hebt van de logistieke sector, dan is dit jouw kans om écht het verschil te komen maken.

Wat kom je doen? Als Facility Officer bij DHL ben je, samen met je collega’s elke dag bezig met het coördineren en realiseren van alle operationele facilitaire werkzaamheden, waaronder onderhouden en het op veiligheid toetsen in en rondom de gebouwen en materialen en het verzorgen van inkoop, warehouse- en kantoor gerelateerde materialen.
Dat betekent het volgende:
- Communicatie is jouw tweede natuur, dus je onderhoudt moeiteloos contact met al je contactpersonen.
- Je hebt wekelijks overleg met (interne) stakeholders.
- Je vraagt offertes aan, beoordeelt deze en je onderhandelt met leveranciers.
- Je voert operationele beveiligingsactiviteiten uit.
- Je beheert het vastgoedoverzicht met huur, afval en servicekosten etc.
- Je bent gek op projecten – wij kunnen er namelijk nog genoeg verzinnen.
Jij maakt het verschil door:
- Mee te denken bij het aandragen van oplossingen om processen te verbeteren.
- De juiste vertaalslag te maken van de behoefte van de interne klant en te onderhandelen met leveranciers.
- Een goede planning te maken van alle uit te voeren werkzaamheden en de opvolging te maken.
- Een flexibele opstelling in de werkuren. De logistiek is namelijk geen 9-5 job!
Maar wie ben jij eigenlijk? Jij hebt:
- Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring op zak.
- Je hebt een MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau en je beheerst Nederlands en Engels op topniveau.
- Communicatief ben je een kanon en je neemt lekker veel initiatief.
