We know we can’t achieve the results we do without the right people. We are currently looking to recruit a Private Client Support Administrator to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience of working within a financial advisory firm, demonstrating an understanding of our business and comfort in this demanding yet rewarding industry.
- Experience working within defined service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Good communication skills, via email and phone, are essential when recruiting administrative professionals.
- Confident communication skills are paramount for correspondence with product providers and dealing with requests from advisers and clients.
- Good time management and organisational skills are vitally important.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Providing 1-1 support for Independent Financial Advisers.
- Responding to day-to-day technical and process queries from Advisers, Administrators, and Clients.
- Recording and updating the back office systems.
- Booking client review appointments and managing the IFA’s diary.
- Maintaining client files throughout the application stage.
- Processing new business received via post or online.
- Loading relevant data onto the CRM database.
- Updating IFA’s & Clients on the progress of their new business cases.
- Adhering to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across the business.
