In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building and executing high-impact marketing initiatives in collaboration with a global network of partners. You'll design integrated partner programs, develop compelling co-marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless alignment between partner goals and company strategy. This is a cross-functional position that requires strong leadership, creativity, and a results-driven mindset. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner marketing roadmap aligned with business and partner objectives
  • Lead the creation and execution of co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, and content initiatives)
  • Build partner enablement tools and resources to accelerate partner ramp-up and sales support
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for external partners and drive alignment on key messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Measure and report the performance of partner marketing programs, using insights to improve ROI
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure alignment with product developments and company initiatives
  • Mentor and manage junior marketers or cross-functional contributors when needed

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on partner/alliance marketing
  • Proven success working in both startups and scaled technology organizations
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and campaign execution capabilities
  • Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
  • Must be based in Europe (GMT 0 to GMT +3 time zones)
