As our new Business Development Manager, you’re the MVP of our rental depot. You’ll reel in new clients like a pro, keep existing ones smiling, and you won’t blink twice at helping out with a bit of hands-on loading and unloading using a telehandler (yes, we’re serious). Your job is a mix of: Staying in touch with clients (calls, emails, laughs, solutions) Creating and following up on quotes (with flair and precision) Organizing transport (because crane mats sadly don’t move themselves) Visiting projects and occasionally helping out on-site (#bootsontheground) Writing reports (because numbers matter) Suggesting improvements (we love fresh ideas) In short: you’ll run the show, but always with the team spirit of a tight-knit crew.
