I'm currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award-winning organisation. This role sits within the People Team, focusing on HR/People data. You will work closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business. You will report to the Head of BI and have 2 direct reports. At this level, you will not only analyze data but also guide the strategy!

- Someone who can build reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end).
- Ability to pull data and create reports from HR systems.
- Experience with data visualization.
- Ability to successfully line manage 2 analysts.
Salary up to £70k (dependent on experience)
