Blockchain.com is the world's leading software platform for digital assets. We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help develop and nurture leads for our Institutional Sales division. You’ll play a critical role in prospecting and generating leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our institutional sales team to close high-value deals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential institutional leads through research, inbound/outbound calls, emails, social media, and trade show events.
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with institutional prospects to understand their needs, qualify interest, and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward.
- CRM Management: Accurately track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and proper follow-ups.
- Telegram Group Setup: Create and manage Telegram groups to facilitate communication between prospective clients and the institutional sales team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the institutional sales team to pass along high-quality leads for closing.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the latest trends in the crypto trading and blockchain space to engage in meaningful conversations with institutional prospects.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, progress toward goals, and market insights.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Proven experience in lead generation and lead nurturing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or crypto markets.
- Strong CRM management skills (Salesforce or similar).
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and build rapport with clients and the internal team.
- Familiarity with setting up and managing communication via Telegram.
- Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn about the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency trading ecosystem is a plus but not required.
