City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire billing cycle, including medical terminology, coding, charge entry, insurance adjudication, contractual agreements, payment posting, statements, and collections. Qualifications: Coding Certification (CPC or CCS) required. Multi-specialty coding experience and specialty coding certifications preferred. Minimum 5 years of coding experience required. Experience with Epic, GECB, or Allscripts preferred. This is a remote position; candidates must be residents of an authorized SWS state. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
