Audio bias essential! About the client A creative technical events production agency with a warehouse full of high-spec kit, delivering live events across well-known UK and international venues. Events include conferences, awards, fashion shows, and parties. Due to rapid expansion, they are growing their production project management team with an audio-biased Technical Project Manager or Senior Tech PM. The role The Technical Project Manager will be pivotal in the company, focusing on audio. Responsibilities include working from the quote stage, preparing costings based on client briefs, collaborating with internal departments on all technical production aspects, and on-site event delivery. Events range from conferences to galas, awards, and high-end parties. About you You should have a solid technical understanding with a specialization in audio, ideally from an audio engineering background working on live events in the corporate and private sectors. Experience on large-scale live events as a Senior AV Technician or Technical Project Manager is required. You should stay updated with the latest technology developments and have experience with D&B systems, Yamaha digital mixing consoles, Dante networks, Shure wireless systems, ClearCom comms systems, and excellent IT and Vectorworks software skills.
