Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and execution. Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions. Pricing & Promotions: Develop and optimise pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Competitor Insights: Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Customer Engagement: Work closely with key customer accounts to strengthen partnerships and identify joint business opportunities. Who You Are A strategic thinker with 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, category management, or a related field within the FMCG, health, or wellness industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proven experience in managing go-to-market strategies and driving commercial performance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
