About You: Experience managing large paid search campaigns (minimum £100k+ per month). Experience in lead generation campaigns and knowledge of Demand Generation and/or Performance Max (PMax) campaigns. Proven ability to scale campaign budgets while improving ROAS. Growth mindset with a passion for paid search, staying updated with industry trends, tech, and best practices. Confidence in managing stakeholders and leading relationships. What You\’ll Be Doing: Managing multi-million pound paid search budgets and driving campaign performance. Initially leading an agency in campaign delivery before transitioning to direct management of the account. Reducing CPL and increasing ROAS across all paid search channels. Collaborating with creative, copy, and landing page teams, and ensuring campaign success through business processes. Developing into a leadership role within Paid Search in a fast-growing, secure business. Where You\’ll Be Based: Hybrid working is available, ideally with 2+ days in the office. The office is accessible by public transport from Leeds, Wakefield, Doncaster, Sheffield, Hull, and surrounding areas.
