This role offers opportunities through our Graduate Programme to develop into a successful surveyor and achieve Chartered status with RICS. Graduate Programme Details Supports your path to becoming a Chartered Surveyor with RICS, typically over two years. Provides experience in various departments to meet APC requirements. Includes mentorship from a Buddy, Supervisor, and Counsellor. Offers comprehensive training, including APC preparation, mock interviews, seminars, and CPD lectures. Responsibilities Main Accountabilities Complete daily tasks assigned by your line manager and APC supervisor. Take responsibility for your projects and work quality. Regularly liaise with your APC supervisor and counsellor to track progress. Prioritize and manage your workload effectively. Client Delivery Understand the business and departmental context. Ensure accuracy and quality in client reports. Respond to client needs and seek service improvements. Business Development Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a network of contacts. Contribute to the growth of the business through proactive engagement.
