Oracle Data Migration - Central Government

Role: Oracle Data Migration Contract Length: 6 months – likely to extend Location: Hybrid/London – 3 days per week on-site (Thursday is mandatory; other days flexible). IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £450 – £600 per day Security Clearance: SC and NPPV3 requested Spinwell is recruiting for an Oracle Data Migration specialist for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration experience, including HCM, finance, and procurement. Developing ETL pipelines to automate data migration processes. Source to target data mapping (Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and integration across all phases of the programme. Support data cleansing activities. Monitor data migration activities and resolve issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility. Conduct data validation and testing post-migration to ensure successful data transfer and accuracy in the target system. Ensure data governance principles are followed to maintain transparency and compliance during data migration. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration. Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules. Understanding of data security and handling sensitive data. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working with both technical and business teams. Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion data migration.
