Role: Oracle Data Migration
Contract Length: 6 months – likely to extend
Location: Hybrid/London - 3 days per week on-site (Thursday is mandatory; other days flexible).

Spinwell is recruiting for an Oracle Data Migration specialist for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration experience, including HCM, finance, and procurement.
- Developing ETL pipelines to automate data migration processes.
- Source to target data mapping (Oracle eBusiness Suite to Oracle Fusion).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and integration across all phases of the programme.
- Support data cleansing activities.
- Monitor data migration activities and resolve issues related to data quality, schema mismatches, or system compatibility.
- Conduct data validation and testing post-migration to ensure successful data transfer and accuracy in the target system.
- Ensure data governance principles are followed to maintain transparency and compliance during data migration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion data migration.
- Hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance modules.
- Understanding of data security and handling sensitive data.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with both technical and business teams.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle Fusion data migration.
