The role entails: 5 teaching periods per week 45 min of support to students/class cover per week Time for PPA corrections collaborative work and meetings Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Teach IB Psychology and some other IBDP subjects depending on past training and experience Model and create an environment which fosters critical thinking Organise and manage classroom which promotes studentcentred learning Provide meaningful assignments and constructive feedback to students Write schemes of work and Year plan to ensure the curriculum is met and aligned with LILs standards Work as a team Incorporate the mission and values of the school into the classroom Maintain uptodate records of assessment attendance planning reports and communication with families Participate in parentsteachers meetings and class meetings What we are looking for at LIL We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of a modern bilingual progressive and dynamic school where innovation and care provide the foundation on which we build a path to excellence for every student.
