Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of agricultural products sold by the company\’s sales departments within your designated area. Work will be carried out in the workshop or in the field as required. You will also participate in an on-call rota during the busy Harvest period. Responsibilities include: Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, which may be chargeable, warrantable, or internal jobs. Liaising with customers and suppliers as needed. Completing job cards thoroughly, including machine details, time, mileage, and related documentation such as PDI sheets, delivery forms, and photos. Attending training courses to maintain compliance and understanding. Working independently using your initiative and as part of a team. Adhering to health and safety practices and procedures at all times. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment. Understanding and demonstrating commitment to the company\’s Health and Safety policy. Additional requirements include: Self-motivation and the ability to work alone. Hours: 39 hours/week (8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday, with 1-hour unpaid lunch). Overtime paid at time and a half after 39 hours. Participation in an on-call rota during harvest.
