A unique opportunity to join a leading marina operator as a Sales Executive in the vibrant city of Southampton! My client operates out of multiple marinas in the UK and abroad, providing premium berthing and boatyard services. They require a dedicated and passionate person to join their team who is focused on sales performance as well as delivering superb customer service.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Executive are:

  • Responsible for the areas annual berthing sales performance by targeting new berth holders
  • Selling other income lines such as storage and commercial sales
  • Brief the Marina Managers and their teams on the sales pipeline for their site
  • Responsible for ensuring that all KPI reporting is accurate and up to date
  • Assist the marketing team with communications relating to the sale of any of the company’s offerings
  • Carrying out detailed marketplace and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the trends and maximise sales

The candidate:

  • A positive and proactive attitude is a must
  • Experience in working in sales and a customer orientated environment
  • Hungry for success and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • A background in boating or working in a marina is ideal but not essential
