The Vacancy Annual salary of £28,164 (FTE) Permanent role Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working – travel to the Wirral is required Proposed Interview Date: W/C 23rd June 2025 The role The purpose of this job is to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to the tenants in Sheltered Housing schemes as directed by the Neighbourhood and Communities Team Leader (Sheltered & Supported). You will bring a positive approach to your role, engaging with our customers in a caring and understanding way, ensuring that customers receive the best services possible. You will support with community events, signposting to other agencies, support with day-to-day queries, deal with Housing Management, ASB and Lettings. The right fit A working knowledge of supported housing and tenancy management related issues. Experience of working effectively with colleagues, contractors, vulnerable tenants and their families/advocates to deliver high quality housing services. Experience of managing safeguarding cases. You\’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels. Solid ICT skills which can be used to provide an effective housing service both operationally and strategically through performance reporting. Strong numerical skills and ability to manage budgets/service charges, process invoices, monitor rent arrear issues and advise tenants or their advocates. Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with third parties as necessary. A passion for delivery excellent customer service. A full UK driving license is essential.
