We value having a great time at work, not just outside of it. Job Purpose We seek an experienced and motivated leader to oversee our Railbookers Account Executive teams. This hands-on inside sales role involves supporting the Inside Sales management team, coaching and developing Account Executives, and ensuring sales targets are met through training, pipeline management, and collaboration with other departments to uphold high customer care standards. The ideal candidate has a proven sales record and a talent for coaching others to success. Duties and Responsibilities Manage a team of Account Executives. Provide strategic direction and coaching, including reviewing metrics and performance to meet sales goals and KPIs. Deliver remote side-by-side coaching, monitoring calls and sales skills for improvement. Assist on calls to close sales and support team members as needed. Conduct outbound calls (agent bookings, Top Travel Agents, open quotes, etc.) Monitor call queues, inbound calls, and manage abandonment rates. Ensure maximum productivity by managing agent activity and motivating the team. Communicate regularly with agents to encourage and motivate. Lead weekly sales training sessions when required. Conduct one-on-one and team sessions with Account Executives. Lead new hire training sessions as needed. Collaborate with the training department to enhance employee development. Propose contests, awards, and themes to boost agent loyalty and focus. Handle escalated customer care cases. Address system and build errors to ensure smooth team operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong phone presence with experience handling numerous calls daily. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels and with external contacts like TAs. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or similar tools. Previous experience in training and coaching sales agents is preferred. Deep understanding of the sales process.
