Umbrella Rate: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum

Responsibilities of the Residential Property Lawyer role:

  • Handle a caseload of general residential property law.
  • Provide excellent client services for the residential property team.
  • Support business development for the team.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing law.
  • Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload of transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
