Umbrella Rate: £40,000 to £55,000 per annum
Responsibilities of the Residential Property Lawyer role:
- Handle a caseload of general residential property law.
- Provide excellent client services for the residential property team.
- Support business development for the team.
Key Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 3 years of PQE in residential conveyancing law.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage a full caseload of transactions and prioritise tasks effectively.
