Our fabulous Supply Chain Team is looking for a Customer Collaboration Manager !

The job purpose is to facilitate the consistent delivery of 98.5% service on juice products to the UK’s leading retailers (for both ongoing and promoted SKUs) by producing timely and accurate short-term demand forecasts (0-12 weeks).
These forecasts will drive the supply planning process. The role also includes managing the supply chain relationship with key stakeholders and acting as the ‘Customer Supply Champion’ within the business.
In this role you will have Principle accountabilities :
- Forecasting Excellence: Collaborate with our Commercial and Finance teams to produce accurate, timely demand forecasts, ensuring we meet customer expectations with ease.
- Data-Driven Planning: Take ownership of demand forecasting inputs into our planning systems (TPM), staying ahead of demand to keep our supply chain flowing.
- Problem Solver: Track actual orders against forecasts, quickly identify significant variances, and uncover root causes that impact our entire supply chain.
- Customer Ambassador: Act as the face of our Supply Chain to key customers—resolving queries, addressing operational service challenges, and driving improved service levels.
- Effective Communicator: Keep customers informed with regular updates on service and supply status, maintaining strong, transparent communication on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Process Improver: Lead the charge on process improvements, collaborating with key accounts to deliver exceptional cost, service, and sustainability outcomes.
- Strategic Partner: Work closely with Commercial Account Leads to align service interventions, including managing order caps and supporting mitigation actions with supply planning teams in Europe.
- Inventory Optimiser: Support inventory management to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining superior service.
- Service Recovery Leader: Lead communication efforts on service recovery plans, ensuring all teams are aligned and speak with one voice to the customer.
- Change Management Champion: Play a pivotal role in the smooth launch of new SKUs and product transitions, leading coordination across internal teams and customer groups.
- Project Ownership: Beyond your day-to-day role, take the lead on exciting projects, including new product launches, system enhancements, and sales events, driving innovation and success across the board.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Provide our Supply Chain teams with timely insights, guidance, and decisions, ensuring we consistently deliver against your well-crafted demand plan.

- Your deep knowledge of the UK retail market, especially within grocery, allows you to anticipate trends and adapt strategies to maximise results.
- A strong understanding of supply chain planning, customer service, and logistics is crucial for this role.
- You’re able to make smart, short-term decisions without losing sight of long-term objectives.
- You know how to tailor communication for different audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment when interacting with both customers and internal teams.
This role is based in Farringdon ( London UK ) and it will be required to come to the office 3 days a week.
