Mode Search has partnered with a rapidly growing Scandinavian furniture brand in their search for a Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced and driven sales executive with a proven track record of building key account relationships in the UK & Ireland markets. Weβre seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this position, you will report directly to the CEO, providing a direct line to leadership and the opportunity to influence key decisions.
The Role
- Drive growth in the markets by building and developing a strong customer base across Wholesale and Contract segments.
- Own and achieve annual sales targets by creating and executing a strategic sales plan.
- Enhance distribution and identify new opportunities to grow the business.
- Maintain a highly visible presence with partners and clients, regularly visiting accounts to identify mutual opportunities and understand business needs.
- Provide market insights and analyse customer purchasing behaviour to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
Requirements
- A proven leader with deep knowledge of wholesale and contract markets, ideally within the design or lifestyle industries.
