We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Administrator to support our Legal Counsel team for a 6-month full-time engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in organizing and managing critical documentation to ensure smooth legal proceedings and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with legal counsels to assist in documentation organization, gathering, and classification
- Maintain and update a comprehensive document repository used by Legal Counsel for formal proceedings
- Provide daily updates on communication flow related to ongoing legal matters
- Conduct documentation research and review as requested by Legal Counsel
- Facilitate ongoing communication with representatives and Legal Counsel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably with exposure to legal documentation
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with document management tools and MS Office Suite
Contract Duration: 6 months (full-time)
