We’re a specialist recruitment consultancy focused solely on the mining industry, and our team is growing. We’re looking for a Recruitment Administration Manager to lead our Recruitment Administrators to effectively support our Search and Business Development teams across our global operations. This is a key role, critical to streamlining operations, supporting recruitment delivery, and mentoring a high-performing administration team.

What you’ll do:

  • Standardise operational practices and systems and support regional teams with process implementation and drive efficiency across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Proactively and positively lead an engaged, efficient and service orientated team, ensuring consistency and best practice is applied across all regions.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand how to best support their recruitment and business development efforts and achieve targets.
  • Ensure high standards of support for recruitment activity through interview scheduling, reference checks, CRM updates, job ads, and reports.
  • Assist the business development team with proposal generation, presentations, templates, research, promotional material and lead generation.
  • Champion operational excellence, continuous improvement and consistency across the administration support function globally.
  • Provide system and process support with ongoing training and development across the business.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires and promote a ‘One-Globe’ approach, fostering a positive and inclusive values-driven team culture.
  • Oversee remote office operations, travel coordination, stakeholder support and ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all administrative activities.

What you bring:

  • Experience in administrative management, ideally in recruitment.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a distributed team.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and systems (CRM, ATS, MS Office).
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently, across global environments, and drive results.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field and/or fluency in French or Spanish is desirable but not required.
  • Confirmation of applicable right to work.
