Browne Jacobson is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the firm on a permanent basis. Based out of any of our UK offices, this role will act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on market strategy, driving cross-selling initiatives, and executing priority cross-sector projects such as ESG Survey, UKREiiF, Plain Numbers/Policy Wordings, Devolution, Innovation, Anti-sexual Harassment Toolkit, Social Mobility Incubator, and Mass Redress Schemes. The role also involves recommending and implementing future campaigns aligned with the firm’s strategy.

The BD Manager is the primary contact between the Client & Marketing team and the lawyers, owning delivery and collaborating with the entire team. This proactive role requires the manager to recommend strategies and deliverables in consultation with senior leadership and practice group heads, then execute effectively.

As part of the Client & Marketing team, the ideal candidate will have:
