As a Direct Access Dental Therapist , you will deliver exceptional dental care across both private and NHS patients, working alongside a supportive and highly skilled clinical team. You’ll be vital in communicating treatment options, supporting referrals to our in-house specialists, and promoting private services such as hygiene therapy, cosmetic treatments, and preventative care. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality routine dental care for both NHS and private patients. Clearly explain treatment plans and options to patients. Refer patients appropriately to in-house specialists for implants, orthodontics, and aesthetic dentistry. Promote private services including cosmetic fillings, composite bonding, airflow cleaning, and hygiene appointments. Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
