Job Title: Business Rates Administrator Location: Central London Job Type: Full time- Hybrid (4 Days in the office) Our client, a leading commercial property advisory firm specialising in the leasing of non-residential properties, is seeking a Business Rates Administrator to join their collaborative and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional looking for a varied and hands-on role. You will work closely with the Partner, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, and acting as the key point of contact for ensuring the smooth running of the office. The role will combine general administrative responsibilities with elements of personal assistant support. Role Summary: You will be responsible for managing and verifying rate demands, maintaining detailed occupancy schedules, liaising with local billing authorities, and supporting the team in the production of accurate monthly financial reports and budgets for clients.
